Alexandre Zibi is a French serial entrepreneur based between London and Miami. After working in the hospitality industry, Zibi focused his efforts on founding Grizzly Hospitality.
Having successfully raised funds for the Samba Group, Zibi leveraged his position to follow his passion for new project development. This saw him launch several successful brands in some of Europe’s most iconic real estate.
Born in the bustling city of Istanbul, Ozgur Karakas moved to the UK in the mid-2000s to study a master’s degree in finance at The University of Cardiff. While there, Ozgur worked restaurant jobs, and eventually realized his passion and strength in operations engineering.
Karakas worked for one of the world’s most prestigious groups, Hakkasan, where he led operations for a little under a decade in one of their brands, Busaba Eathai. In parallel, Ozgur was asked to participate in Princi’s operations during the time of their Starbucks acquisition in 2016. most iconic real estate.
Enrico Lozza, our chief taste officer, is an Italian Master Chef who relocated to London to pursue his passion amongst the Hakkasan group
There, he started as a Head Chef for Busaba Eathai. For a few years, he mastered the flavors and cooking techniques of Thai cuisine.
During his time at Busaba, Lozza was recognized and eventually promoted to an Executive Chef position at Princi’s landmark location on Wardour St.
During his tenure there, Lozza contributed to the efforts that got the young restaurant operation acquired by Starbucks.
Shortly thereafter, Lozza was handpicked by Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz to lead all food developments for some of his larger banquets (1000+ attendants)
